WHO WE ARE
Established in 1992 as an online research service, we evolved into internet marketing, organizational, technical and operational management for many business entities related to the commercial real estate industry. Today, we have transitioned to a selective consultancy dedicated to those business entities we are involved with and invested with. Although we are an independent entity, our exclusive contracting may not allow us to offer some services that would be detrimental to our current clients' competitiveness.
OTHER SERVICES
Drawing on our decades of involvement as principal in commercial real estate brokerage, development, management, and association management, we did full processing of STRH (Short Term Rental Home) and B&B (Bed and Breakfast) Permit Applications to the Maui County Planning Department. We no longer process applications as of 2020 but will provide needed consulting support to applicants and continue followup for our prior vacation rental permit clients.
